Ron Beiderman is Senior Vice President of Commercial Lines Underwriting with P&L responsibility for all Commercial Property, Small Commercial and Commercial Auto underwriting focused products in the US.

He has primary responsibility for overseeing the research, development, implementation, and maintenance of policy forms, manual rules, and loss costs for ISO's Commercial Lines programs. He started his career at ISO and has held positions in the Commercial Property, General Liability, and Specialty Commercial Lines Divisions.

Ron graduated with a bachelor of science degree in political science and communications from Rutgers University and has earned the designation of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU).

Andrew Blancher

Andrew Blancher is director of both commercial automobile product development and emerging issues at ISO.

Mr. Blancher is responsible for overseeing the development, revision, and maintenance of ISO's commercial automobile forms, rules, and loss costs programs. He has more than 30 years of experience in commercial automobile insurance.

As director of emerging issues, Mr. Blancher manages a research team that analyzes a host of technological, atmospheric and societal changes and publishes timely content contextualized for the insurance industry.

He has authored numerous articles for publications such as Rough Notes and ISO's Between the Lines. He is a frequent guest speaker and panelist at industry conferences and a teacher at accredited educational seminars.

John Buchanan

John Buchanan is a Principal in the Excess and Reinsurance Division of ISO. He is responsible for all of ISO’s services for domestic and international reinsurers and excess operations. He joined ISO with substantial experience as a reinsurer at Platinum Reinsurance and a Principal for Tower Watson.

Mr. Buchanan graduated with a bachelor of arts degree in mathematics from West Chester University. Doug Caccese

Doug Caccese is president of ISO Personal Lines at Verisk. His primary responsibilities include growing and innovating the rating and underwriting products for Verisk customers in the personal insurance industry, giving them the data and insight they need to help optimize the development and pricing of the products their customers need most.

Before this role, Doug was vice president of operations, responsible for reorganizing several stand-alone units across various locations into a single shared operation, including account management, implementation, back office operations, and analytics.

Before joining Verisk, Doug spent 24 years in the insurance industry with Colonial Penn, Providian, Reliance, AIG, 21st Century, and Farmers.

He began his career as a direct call center manager handling an assigned risk program, then progressed through personal lines underwriting as a senior underwriter (using many Verisk products), becoming vice president of operations at 21st Century and then head of project management office at Farmers.

Doug has won the Distinguished Project Award from the Project Management Institute and is skilled in Lean Six Sigma.

Doug holds a BA in psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.

He volunteers with New City Kids and has been a board member of Rutgers University since 2018.

Steve Clarke is Vice President of ISO's Government Relations Division, leading ISO’s insurance legislative and regulatory activity with state and federal agencies and the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC). Jeremy Cook is the senior vice president of personal lines product at Verisk, where he is responsible for the development of innovative solutions for property, auto, and core line services. Prior to Verisk, Jeremy served as vice president of personal lines product for Farmers Insurance Group. He has also worked at companies such as Zurich, AIG, and 21st Century. Carlos regularly speaks at industry conferences and events. He holds the SCLA designation and has a BS degree in business administration and marketing from Rutgers University.

William (Billy) Mauro is director of commercial casualty product development at ISO. Mr. Mauro has also helped develop ISO’s businessowners, farm, homeowners, and market segments programs.

Mark Popolizio is the vice president of Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) compliance for Casualty Solutions. He is a nationally recognized authority in MSP compliance.

Mr. Popolizio practiced insurance defense litigation for ten years, concentrating in the areas of workers' compensation and general liability. Since 2006, he has dedicated his career exclusively to MSP compliance, working with insurers, self-insureds, third-party administrators (TPAs), and other claims professionals.

Mr. Popolizio is a regularly featured presenter on MSP issues at national seminars and other industry events. He has authored numerous national articles addressing several topics related to MSP matters, including a chapter in the California Bar CLE publication, Special Needs Trusts: Planning, Drafting and Administration. He is also active with other industry groups, including MARC, DRI, and NAMSAP.

Mr. Popolizio graduated summa cum laude from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut, with bachelor of science degrees in legal studies and sociology. He relocated to South Florida in 1992 to attend law school at Nova Southeastern University School of Law in Ft. Lauderdale. While at law school, he served as a judicial clerk to the late Honorable John D. Wessel (15th Judicial Circuit, Palm Beach County, Florida) and was a research assistant for Professor Leslie Larkin Cooney. Mr. Popolizio graduated from Nova in 1995 and is licensed to practice law in Florida and Connecticut.

Jared Smollik is the Vice President of Personal Lines Core Products at ISO, a subsidiary of Verisk Analytics. Mr. Smollik leads a team of personal lines insurance professionals in using customer feedback, market knowledge, business intelligence, and data to drive the creation of new coverage, actuarial and analytic products and to maintain and enhance ISO’s existing programs. The team also provides valuable data and actionable insights related to industry benchmarks and financial results that help companies make critical decisions about product development.

Mr. Smollik is also part of ISO’s efforts to develop vehicle telematics and autonomous vehicles products and contributes to other automobile-related research. Mr. Smollik graduated with a bachelor of science degree in mathematics and finance from Rutgers College and the Rutgers Business School, and subsequently with an MBA from the Rutgers Business School. He has earned the designations of Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS), Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA), Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst (CERA), Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), and Associate in Risk Management-ERM (ARM-E).

Tracy Spadola

Tracy Spadola is vice president of strategic data operations at ISO. She manages ISO’s data strategy to improve the organization’s ability to deliver products, services, and analytics and provide insights to customers. Ms. Spadola has been a key contributor in the Insurance Data Management Association (IDMA).

Currently, Ms. Spadola is vice president of business development at IDMA and formerly served as the president and chair of the board.

Prior to joining ISO, she was the practice lead for insurance industry consulting at Teradata.

Ms. Spadola is a recognized leader in the insurance data management field and a frequent speaker at industry and training events run by a range of leading organizations, including the Association for Cooperative Operations Research and Development (ACORD), the Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS), and IDMA. She has authored several articles on the topics of data management, data governance, and stewardship.

Ms. Spadola graduated with a bachelor of science degree in management information systems from Excelsior College and a master of science degree in organizational leadership from Quinnipiac University. She has earned the designations of Fellow of the Insurance Data Management Association (FIDM), Charter Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), and Certified Insurance Data Manager (CIDM).

Neil Spector

Neil Spector is president of ISO, driving its transformation in the global insurance industry with underwriting and claims innovations and advanced technologies. Neil leads product management, business development and strategy, sales, and operations, as well as application development government relations, and finance.

Neil oversees the development of underwriting and rating solutions that use predictive analytics and high-quality data to help improve insurers’ ability to assess risk and improve their financial performance. He’s also responsible for ISO’s core services and policy programs that most U.S. insurers use to underwrite commercial and personal business, helping them cover the risks policyholders face.

Neil has guided Verisk’s entry into life insurance, leveraging AI and machine learning to drive better business decisions. He also leads global underwriting solutions in the UK and Ireland, including fraud and compliance and medical risk assessment.

Neil heads a national field force that performs on-site commercial building inspections to assess hazards at millions of U.S. properties. He also leads community hazard mitigation teams who administer our municipal fire protection, building code, and flood programs in communities around the country.

Previously, Neil was president of underwriting for Verisk’s insurance business, vice president and chief sales officer of ISO, and head of sales for ISO’s AscendantOne division. Before joining Verisk, he spent 12 years in sales and sales management positions of increasing responsibility with Automatic Data Processing (ADP), Compuware Corporation, and IBM.

Neil holds a BBA in business management and marketing from the State University of New York at Binghamton.

Neil is the executive sponsor for leadership initiatives at Verisk, providing guidance and mentorship to employees at all levels.

Earlier in his career, Mr. West worked as a personal lines pricing analyst for an insurer and in government relations and sales for ISO and Verisk – insurance solutions.

Mr. West graduated with a bachelor of business administration degree in accounting from the University of Iowa. He has earned the designations of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Insurance Accounting and Finance (AIAF).

Steve Whelan

Mr. Whelan has more than 20 years of experience as an underwriter and manager of professional and management liability products. During that time, he has helped a wide range of companies obtain the coverage they needed in the constantly changing D&O marketplace.

Mr. Whelan graduated with a bachelor of science degree in finance from Marist College.
